Samsung ushers in ‘next chapter of Galaxy AI’

Samsung says its new Galaxy Z range is ushering in the “next chapter of Galaxy AI”.

Samsung says its new Galaxy Z series will “open the next chapter of Galaxy AI”.

The tech giant has unveiled its latest range of devices – including the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Flip6, plus Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro – as part of the Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris this week, and the company is looking to leverage “its most versatile and flexible form” which has been “designed to enable a range of unique mobile experiences”.

In a press release, Samsung said Galaxy AI “uses powerful, intelligent, and durable foldable experience to accelerate a new era of communication, productivity, and creativity”.

James Kitto – Vice President and Head of MX, Samsung UK and Ireland – commented: ““amsung is driven by a relentless focus on innovation. It’s embedded in our DNA, and this launch is a testament to that, bringing to our customers the next generation of foldables – our slimmest, lightest and most durable yet.

“This is the next frontier of Galaxy AI, supercharging this unique form factor with enhancements across features such as Circle to Search with Google – optimised for the ultimate user experience.

“Another great example of this is Galaxy AI’s Interpreter feature, which uses the dual screen of our foldables to show translation for a real-time conversation.

“Underpinning all of this is also our commitment to bring the best to our customers, so we’re pleased to also provide seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates.”

In the case of the Galaxy Z Fold6, AI features include Note Assist, as well as Interpreter, Live Translate, and an integration with the latest Google Gemini app.

The AI-powered ProVisual Engine will also help creativity by providing “advance editing experience with Photo Assist”, as well as features like Portrait Studio and Instant Slow-Mo.
