Hailee Steinfeld is “very excited” about LED light therapy.
The 28-year-old actress has been gifted a mask for the treatment, which helps to treat skin conditions and concerns, and she enjoys the process, though it isn’t something she uses every day.
She told PopSugar: “I’ve used the little handheld thing forever, which I love, but I’m very excited to put that mask on.”
The ‘Pitch Perfect’ star is a “workhorse” but has learned taking some time for herself at the start of every day to “challenge” her mind and body hugely improves her wellbeing.
She said: “I’ve really had to work on disconnecting and resting. That goes so hand in hand with every other part of my wellness routine.
“I’ve gotten really good at accepting if all I have in that one moment is two minutes, I will take it and make the most of it.”
“I don’t love getting up early to work out, but I love to challenge my mind and my body somehow, some way, every day. That’s non-negotiable.
“It really does change my whole mood; I’m going to feel better about myself. I’m going to feel recharged and ready to take on another day.”
Hailee has learned to listen to her body and take breaks when she needs them.
She said: “I’ve learned so much about myself and my limits and what makes me truly happy.
“Life is going to take you down roads that you have planned, have not planned, want to go down, don’t want to go down, but just embrace it for all that it is and be kind to yourself throughout.”
When it comes to beauty tips, Hailee insists there is no better advice than to embrace natural beauty for a confidence boost.
She said: “Letting your inner beauty shine through and finding confidence within yourself will make any and every make-up look and hairstyle just that much greater.”
The ‘True Grit’ star recently cut her hair into a short bob after spending some time wanting to take the plunge but being too “scared” to chop her locks.
She admitted: “Cutting my hair was big on the board of ‘could-do-wanna-do-but-maybe-not-because-I’m-scared’.”
