Danny Trejo calls for Fallout: New Vegas remaster as Fallout Day broadcast looms

As Bethesda gears up to give fans a look at what is next for the franchise, Danny Trejo has called on the studio to remaster Fallout: New Vegas.

Danny Trejo thinks Bethesda should remaster Fallout: New Vegas.

As the studio looks to announce what’s next for its action-RPG franchise later on Thursday (23.10.25) for Fallout Day, the 81-year-old actor has called on Bethesda to revist its beloved 2010 classic.

On social media, the Machete star said: “Remaster New Vegas boss!”

Sadly, New Vegas doesn’t feature on Bethesda’s showcase for Fallout Day, which will air at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm UK on YouTube, Twitch and Steam.

October 23 holds great significance for Fallout fans, as in the game’s lore, it marks the day of the Great War in 2077 – which sets the stage for the post-apocalyptic events.

Bethesda has confirmed the Fallout Day broadcast will include looks at new content on Fallout 76, Fallout Shelter, Fallout 4 and more.

For Fallout 76, Bethesda will give fans a closer look at the upcoming Burning Springs update, which will bring Walton Goggins’ Ghoul from the Prime Video Fallout series to the 2018 title when it goes live in December.

Although both Fallout Shelter and Fallout 4 have all been mentioned, Bethesda has not confirmed what it will be announcing for the two games at its showcase – though players will likely seen what new content is slated to hit the titles soon.

Despite the Fallout TV show not being mentioned explicity, it is possible fans will get a sneak peak at the upcoming second season, which will release in December.

As for the highly-anticipated Fallout 5, it is unlikely Bethesda will share any more details about the upcoming sequel, as the studio had previously said it was going to tackle the next Elder Scrolls game before turning its attention to Fallout 5.
