OPPO’s Reno15 Series positions itself as a creator-focused smartphone lineup, combining AI-driven photography and editing tools with large batteries, fast charging, and refined design to support all-day content creation.
OPPO has unveiled its new Reno15 Series, pitching the lineup as a creator-focused smartphone family built around AI-powered imaging, long battery life, and refined design.
The range includes the Reno15 Pro Max 5G, Reno15 Pro 5G, Reno15 5G, and Reno15 F 5G, with the Chinese company positioning the devices as “all-in-one creative partners” rather than incremental updates.
At the centre of that pitch is a new 50MP ultra-wide selfie camera with a 100-degree field of view, designed to make group selfies, vlogs, and travel shots easier without accessories.
OPPO has said the camera, paired with AI-powered processing, is intended to deliver consistent results in challenging lighting with minimal manual tweaking.
Photography is further boosted on higher-end models with a 200MP main camera and a periscope telephoto lens tuned for portrait shooting, offering an 85mm-style perspective.
AI Flash Photography 2.0, portrait lighting tools, and skin tone enhancement algorithms aim to balance detail with more natural-looking results.
For editing, OPPO is leaning heavily into automation, with features such as AI Portrait Glow, Popout effects, and motion photo tools that remove objects or apply slow-motion with a single tap.
Battery life is another headline feature, as the Reno15 Series packs batteries exceeding 6,200mAh, paired with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
OPPO has said this combination is designed to support extended filming, editing, and streaming sessions without frequent top-ups.
The phones ship with ColorOS 16 and OPPO’s new Trinity Engine, which focuses on performance stability and long-term smoothness, backed by a six-year fluency certification.
Display sizes range from a more compact 6.32-inch panel on the Reno15 Pro to a 6.78-inch screen on the Pro Max, all featuring 120Hz refresh rates.
The lineup also carries IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, plus splash touch support for wet conditions.
Colours available for the OPPO Reno15 Series include Aurora Blue, Aurora White, Afterglow Pink, and Dusk Brown, with specific colour options varying by model.
Pricing and release dates are to be confirmed.
