Lil Wayne set for virtual halftime show before Super Bowl weekend

Lil Wayne is set for his own virtual halftime show in Clash Royale.

Lil Wayne is performing his own virtual halftime show this week.

The Grammy Award winning rapper will perform his hit single A Milli in mobile game Clash Royale on Friday (06.02.26), just days before the Super Bowl showpiece between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.

At 5pm GMT, Wayne will deliver a virtual performance alongside the game’s Giants, Goblins and Musketeers, giving millions of gamers a chance to join the fun.

He said: “Music, sports, and gaming all in one place – y’all know how much I love being at the centre of the culture.

“I’m turning the Clash Royale Arena into the most lit concert of the week, tap in February 6th to see what we got in store for y’all.”

Inspired by the Super Bowl, the show will kick off when players open up Clash Royale to prepare for battle.

Fans and players around the world will be able to tune in live simply by downloading Clash Royale.

There’s likely to be a huge audience, with the game already downloaded over 1.5 billion times.

The special event comes months after he returned in June 2025 with the release of Tha Carter VI, featuring collaborations with Jely Roll, mgk, BigXthaPlug, Big Sean, Wyclef Jean and Kodak Black.

The record charted at number two on the Billboard 200, coming six years after he dropped chart topping LP Funeral.
