Kerry Katona suffered secret miscarriages after falling pregnant during Celebs Go Dating

Kerry Katona has opened up about suffering two heartbreaking miscarriages in 2025.

Kerry Katona suffered two miscarriages after falling pregnant during Celebs Go Dating.

The 45-year-old singer met personal trainer Paolo Margaglione, 33, on the set of the E4 reality show around April 2025, and the couple have revealed Kerry was actually pregnant by the time the finale was filmed.

Appearing on Paul C Brunson’s Need To Talk podcast, Paolo said: “Kerry was, unknowingly pregnant at the finale of Celebs Go Dating…

“I found out in the morning. I could smell it on her, like, weird. I said, ‘You’re pregnant.’ “

Kerry added: “I kept getting these hormonal spots. And we did a test in the night and it said no, and I said I’ll do it early morning.

“And so we had an apartment at the hotel. I got up early, I’ll go do my meditation so I wont wake him up and I peed on the stick. This is an exclusive, I’ve not gone public with this.

“Not told anybody this part from [Paul fellow Celebs Do Dating expect Anna Williamson]. Don’t get jealous.

“And nothing came up. So I went to do meditation, I’m just gonna pop this spot, I went back and went [looks at pregnancy test] no, no, no, no way. I ran and woke him up. Seven years I never fell pregnant.

“And then the thought of having an abortion killed me. It felt like it was made from love.”

The couple were left heartbroken when they lost the baby.

She said: “Unfortunately miscarried, and then we tried. And I’d miscarried again, only at four weeks.

“And I didn’t realise how much I wanted it then.”

Kerry recently revealed she and Paolo “will 100 percent get married”, but they want to wait until the “right” time.

She told OK! magazine in February: “I’m not just doing it for the sake of doing it. We’re trying to build something really special together, so I want it to be the right moment.”

Meanwhile, mum-of-five Kerry and Paolo, who has two daughters from a previous relationship, have also previously spoken about the possibility of having a baby of their own.

The former Atomic Kitten singer insisted “nothing’s stopping it”, while her partner is more reserved.

Paolo said: “Obviously there are a lot of moving factors in that Kerry is of an age where there are a lot more complications and I’d much rather have her for life than create a life.

“I’d never say no to more kids, but I’m more reserved than Kerry because I want her to be healthy and happy.”
