Comedian Katherine Ryan paid between £22,000 to £23,000 for a facelift from a UK-based surgeon after Kris Jenner’s surgeon put his prices up by more than $100,000 when he had carried out a procedure on the reality TV star.
Katherine Ryan had to go elsewhere for her facelift after Kris Jenner’s surgeon reportedly put his prices up by more than $100,000, after he carried out a procedure on The Kardashians star.
The 42-year-old comedian claims she got in touch with Steven Levine’s clinic before Kris had her procedure to see how much it might cost for a facelift, and she was quoted $174,000.
Speaking to Olivia Attwood on her Olivia’s House podcast, Katherine said: “When I first had my consult with him, he had not yet done Kris Jenner but I suspected he had done some of these other Hollywood girls.
“So, it was $174,000. And I was like, ‘Mmm,’ but, in a way at least, you know you’re going to the best.
“I called up my financial adviser. I was like, ‘How’s the pound doing against the dollar right now?’
“Do you know, I was like, ‘How can I get a tax relief?’ “
However, after Kris went under the knife with Steven, Katherine got another quote – and the price had massively increased.
She said: “I rang back his assistant. I was like, ‘Courtney, I need to get in.’ And she was like, ‘Oh, he is $250k now or something.’ And then now it’s over $300k.”
Katherine ended up going to a UK-based surgeon, and she paid between £22,000 to £23,000 for the “really affordable” procedure.
She added: “He is amazing and really affordable I think. I mean, it’s still going to be expensive, but he’s so ethical.”
Katherine is so happy with the work she has urged her surgeon to increase his prices.
She said: “I just had my follow-up, my three-month chat with him the other day, and I said to him, ‘You should put your prices up,’ because I know someone in London who got it done, and they’ve got terrible cellulitis from this guy who’s now charging like £110,000 or £120,000 or something.”
Kris, 70, debuted the results of her facelift last year, and some fans even mistook her for her daughter, Kim Kardashian, 45.
In May 2025, a rep for Kris told The New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column: “We can confirm that Dr. Steven Levine did Kris Jenner’s recent work.”
