Christine Quinn and Heather Rae El Moussa are returning to Selling Sunset but insisted they are not the same people they used to be.
Christine Quinn has promised a “fresh and honest” look at her life in the new season of Selling Sunset.
The 37-year-old beauty is returning to the show after previously walking away in 2022 after season five but she insisted it doesn’t mean a “rewind” for the programme because she has changed so much in that time, making a new start in Texas following her bitter divorce from Christian Dumontet, the father of her three-year-old son Christian Jr..
She told Netflix’s Tudum: “This isn’t a rewind, it’s a reintroduction. I’m returning from a very different place, with more perspective, confidence, and clarity.
“Motherhood has a way of sharpening your priorities and changing how you move through the world. I’ve become more intentional and much more protective of my peace.
“I’m still ambitious and direct, but I think people will see a version of me that’s more centered and even more sure of herself.
“I’m hoping this chapter feels fresh and honest. I’m not coming back to play an old version of myself. I’m coming back to show where I am now and let the audience see that growth can still come with an edge.”
Heather Rae El Moussa – who has three-year-old son Tristan with husband Tarek El Moussa and is stepmother to his two children – is also rejoining the cast for season 10, having previously stepped away after season six.
And, like Christine, Heather thinks fans will see a new side to her in the upcoming episodes.
She said: “I’ve become a mom, a wife, a business owner, and I finally feel secure enough in who I am to walk back into that world and not lose myself in it,
“I’m calmer, more grounded, less reactive. I know what I want, and I’m not afraid to say it.
“Tarek and I have settled into something really beautiful together. We’re solid, we’re happy.
“I want people to see the full picture of who I am now. Not just the dramatic moments, but the real life I’ve built.”
But that doesn’t mean Heather will turn a blind eye to any previous Selling Sunset drama she was involved with.
She teased: “There are conversations that got cut short. I’m also not going to pretend things didn’t happen.”
