The model and writer confirmed she is expecting her second child with partner RAC after reflecting on motherhood and her evolving relationship with father Alec Baldwin.
Ireland Baldwin has announced she is expecting her second child with longtime partner RAC.
Sharing the news in a playful social media video three years after the couple welcomed daughter Holland, Ireland, 30, confirmed the pregnancy in a joint Instagram post with her musician and producer partner – real name André Allen Anjos, 41.
The model and screenwriter, who is the daughter of actors Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger, posted a short reel showing baby items including a onesie, bottle and sleep medication before unveiling a sonogram image.
Ireland captioned the post with a single red heart emoji.
Her announcement comes amid continuing public interest surrounding the Baldwin family following Alec’s TLC reality series The Baldwins and ongoing scrutiny of the actor’s family life after years of headlines linked to both his personal relationships and the fatal 2021 Rust shooting case.
Last week, Ireland also shared photographs from daughter Holland’s third birthday celebrations, posting images from a party featuring ponies, a picnic setup and a pink sprinkle-covered cake.
She said on Instagram: “Tomorrow my little tiny baby turns 3. Today we celebrated her.”
Earlier this month, Ireland also reflected on motherhood while marking Mother’s Day on social media, having frequently spoken online about parenting and family dynamics since becoming a mother in 2023.
Ireland and RAC first announced they were expecting their first child in a New Year’s Eve post in 2022, sharing a sonogram image alongside a message wishing followers a happy new year.
The model has also spoken candidly in recent months about her childhood and complicated family relationships.
Alec previously addressed the breakdown in his relationship with Ireland following his divorce from Kim during an episode of The Baldwins broadcast in March 2025.
He said: “My relationship with my daughter Ireland was so negatively impacted by my divorce from her mother.
“It took a long time to restore that. This is why I think I’m so aware of my relationship with my (younger) kids.”
The comments revisited long-running public discussion surrounding Alec’s highly publicised voicemail controversy involving Ireland during her childhood, after he famously referred to her as a “rude, thoughtless little pig” in a leaked message that became a tabloid flashpoint in the late 2000s.
Alec now shares seven children with his wife Hilaria Baldwin, who has also appeared alongside the actor in reality show The Baldwins.
Ireland opened up about feeling isolated during childhood in a Substack essay published in December.
She said: “I grew up without two parents in my home and no siblings to turn to. I had a lonely childhood at times which is why I grew up feeling like I needed to win over certain people in my own family.”
In September, Ireland also publicly praised Hilaria for helping repair her relationship with Alec and for expanding the Baldwin family.
She wrote on Instagram: “Hilaria is the reason I am able to have the close relationship with my father that I do.
“She is the reason I get to have siblings/a big family that I’ve always wanted.”
