The 47-year-old former glamour model got hitched to David Anstiss, director of Solution Engineering, just 16 months after they got engaged.
On Monday (03.08.26), Alicia posted a beautiful shot of the pair holding hands outside their wedding venue, as she carried a bouquet containing white roses and soft green foliage.
She stunned in a white satin wedding gown with a sweetheart neckline, a long veil, and a sparkling choker necklace, while David looked dapper in a classic black tuxedo with a crisp white dress shirt, black bow tie, white pocket square, and a white floral boutonniere.
Alicia captioned the upload: “We got married! So happy to have married my best friend and kindest man on the planet, I saved the best till last.”
The blonde beauty – real name Sarah Howes – and David were showered with congratulatory messages in the post’s comments section.
One fan penned: “You deserve so much happiness. Congratulations.”
A second supporter typed: “Congratulations, you look amazing. So pleased for you both.”

In April 2025, Alicia and David got engaged during a romantic getaway to the Maldives.
The former actress took to Instagram and shared photos of the couple posing in a hotel suite filled with rose petals, along with a picture of her showing off her huge diamond engagement ring by a swimming pool.

Earlier this year, the star opened up about finding true love with David.
She told Closer magazine: “I was never one of those girls who dreamed of getting married – I’ve been the runaway bride. David’s basically planning the whole thing – men can handle it much better.”
