Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies and is reprising his role for the stage show on Broadway, took to Instagram to share a snap of himself embracing Warwick on stage.

The actor, who played Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies and is reprising his role for the stage show on Broadway, took to Instagram to share a snap of himself embracing Warwick on stage.
He also posted a cute polaroid selfie of the pair, as well as a video clip of himself and Warwick greeting fans at the stage door after the show.
He wrote alongside the picture: “Had a special guest dear friend come see the show tonight.
“Tbh (to be honest) I nearly cried on stage saying ‘Wingardium Leviosa’ knowing he was watching.”
Warwick starred in all eight of the Harry Potter movie adaptations of J.K. Rowling’s famous books, as Charms master Professor Flitwick.
He also played the goblin Griphook, and a bank teller at Gringotts bank in the first film – a role for which he was uncredited.
Warwick’s trip to the Broadway show comes after it was announced Tom’s final outing as Draco in the Cursed Child will be on January 3, 2027.
Tom made his debut in the show on November 11, 2025, and went down in history as the first actor from the original Harry Potter films to appear in the stage production.
The award-winning show continues the story of Harry, Draco, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger 19 years after Rowling’s original series, and sees Draco with a son called Scorpius.
Much to Draco’s disdain, Scorpius forms an unexpected friendship with Harry’s son Albus while at Hogwarts.
Tom’s appearance in the show has been so popular that he’s extended his Broadway run multiple times, but it’s thought the January 3 will remain his last outing in the Cursed Child.
Speaking about reprising the role of Draco, Tom told People last year: “I keep thinking I’m dreaming. I just never saw myself having blonde hair again and reprising that role.”
“Now as a dad, Draco has a son. So yes, it is an old character, but in a very new set of circumstances. I’m excited to explore it.”
