She also included pictures of Harry with their children, Archie, seven, and five-year-old Lilibet, including one of the prince holding hands with his daughter as they took to the slopes on a skiing break.
Other snaps included several which appeared to be taken in the English countryside, following the family’s move back to Harry’s home country after six years based in California.
Meghan’s video montage was soundtracked by The Hound + The Fox’s cover of Tina Turner’s Simply the Best, and the caption read: “He’s simply the best. Happy birthday, my love.”
In an apparent bid to deter cruel trolls, Meghan left the comments turned off on the Instagram post.
Meghan, Harry and their children arrived in Britain on 26 August and Archie and Lilibet have since begun the new school year in the UK.
Her birthday tribute to Harry comes after she shared a look at their idyllic start back in the UK in a video on Instagram.
In the opening moments of the clip, Meghan and Harry walked hand-in-hand through the countryside before Meghan turned towards the camera and playfully called: “Come on, you.”
The video was accompanied by Wham!’s 1984 hit Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go and featured a Union flag and red heart emoji, and included clips of the family making the most of rural life, with Harry fishing from a small boat with the children and the family walking through woodland.
Lilibet was seen riding a bicycle while Archie ran alongside her, while another moment captured one of the children warming their feet beside a fireplace.
The footage provides one of the most personal looks yet at the Sussexes’ return to Britain after they stepped down as senior working members of the royal family in 2020 and moved to North America.
The couple eventually settled in Montecito, California, where they pursued independent commercial and charitable projects while remaining at the centre of intense international attention.
Their departure from royal duties was followed by a series of public disclosures about their experiences within the institution, including their 2021 television interview with Oprah Winfrey and Harry’s memoir, Spare.
