Miley has released her latest album Bass Persuades alongside a music video for the latest single Let’s Get Married.
Miley has put her relationship with fiancé Maxx Morando front and centre on the new song and video for Let’s Get Married.
The loved-up pair – who got engaged in December 2025 – star in a romantic video for the track that was released on the same day (18.09.26) as the pop star’s new album, Bass Persuades.
The pair lounge together in bed and share playful moments in the bathroom, while Max captures atmospheric shots of Miley as her silhouetted reflection is projected across the wall in the steamy promo.
She sings: “Let’s go get married tonight / Let’s get married / I’m having visions of white / Let’s get married / Let’s turn the rest of our lives to a holiday / Anytime, anyplace, we can run away / Get married tonight (Diamonds dancing on me) / Let’s get married.”
Elsewhere, Miley experiments with industrial sounds on the track Different Religion, and goes psychedelic on Neon Signs featuring Andrew Wyatt.
Miley dropped her surname, Cyrus, for her new era.
The Midnight Sky singer told fans that the Bass Persuades album title came from the idea of music as something “powerful, vulnerable, sweet and strong”.
She wrote on Instagram: “Music takes hold of us. We feel it, sing it, sometimes dance to it, let it out and carry on. It is powerful, vulnerable, sweet and strong.
“Heart full, heartache, every part of life in between. That’s what the title means to me.
“Thank you for being a part of making my wildest dreams come true. I sincerely hope you love this album.”
The Wrecking Ball hitmaker will celebrate the album’s launch with two shows at the Hollywood Bowl on October 16 and 18.
