Gunna teases joint album with Offset is ‘in the works’

Gunna has confirmed he and Offset are collaborating on a full-length project.

Gunna has sparked excitement among fans by revealing that a collaborative album with Offset is officially “in the works”.

The Atlanta rapper made the announcement during his Apple Music Live performance in Los Angeles this week, where he sat down with Ebro Darden for a post-show interview.

When asked whether a joint project with Offset was on the cards, Gunna replied: “Definitely.”

He continued: “Yes, it’s in the works. But I, like, we spacing it out. You know, he dropped his album, I dropped my album. I was on his, he was on mine. And I feel like that was sprinkles and breadcrumbs for us to give you that meal soon.”

The two rappers have already laid the groundwork for a full-length collaboration, having appeared on each other’s recent solo projects. Offset featured on The Last Wun‘s At My Purest and Gunna spat on Kiari‘s Different Species.

In February, Offset teased that the joint project was “cooking” by sharing emojis of a chef and a meal when asked by a fan on X: “where is that collab tape with gunna. (sic)”

The pair have previously hooked up on the tracks Prada Dem, Style Rare, Beat the Case and Wild Wild West.
