The Starship Troopers actress split from her husband last July after six years of marriage and in the latest filing in their bitter split, the 54-year-old star has asked for the court to deny the businessman’s request for half of the $200-$300,000 he claimed she makes every month on the adults-only subscription platform.
Documents obtained by TMZ show Denise – who has a five-year restraining order out against Aaron – argued the request should be denied because he missed a deadline to file an updated income and expense declaration with the court on Friday (23.01.26) and still has not submitted the requested paperwork.
A judge has yet to rule on the request.
Last month, it was revealed that Aaron’s mother, Patricia Phypers, had launched a GoFundMe pleading for financial assistance for her son.
The page was titled Please Help My Son Aaron – A Grandmother’s Cry for Justice and featured a lengthy message, blasting Denise and claiming that Aaron was being prevented from seeing their daughter Eloise, who Denise adopted as a baby in 2011, with Aaron filing adoption paperwork in 2019.
Patricia wrote: “I am a mother and a grandmother begging the public for help. My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him. But the deepest wound is the loss of his daughter – my granddaughter – Eloise.
“She was our light. She adored her daddy. And overnight, she was taken from him… and from us… without truth, without justice, without mercy.
“When my Daughter in law needed help, I was brought in to hold a collapsing home together — 36 dogs, 5 cats, endless responsibilities, all hidden from the landlord. I spent my small pension on vet bills, food, and care because no one else would. My son Brett and I were put in impossible, unlawful situations to cover for fraud we never created.
“And through it all, I cared for Eloise for weeks, loving her, protecting her, giving her stability while my Daughter in-law traveled. I even cared for her older daughters’ cats because they wouldn’t bother.
“Now my son — the man who carried this entire household — has been cut off, slandered, starved, wrongfully arrested, and left with nothing.
“No income. No home. No ability to fight back. And no access to the daughter who needs him. We are facing eviction. Our utilities are being shut off. My pension is gone. We are out of options.
