The Mysterious Girl hitmaker has admitted he “really fancied” the 59-year-old Hollywood star, but she’s no competition for his beloved partner.
He told new! magazine: “I remember the 1997 World Music Awards because I won Best Australian Artist, and on the front row were Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Lionel Richie, Prince Albert of Monaco, the Bee Gees.
“Halle Berry was there, too. She’s gorgeous and I really fancied her, but no one beats my Emily.
“No one even comes close.”
The 53-year-old star explained that Emily, 36, is very understanding about his demanding schedule balancing his career with raising their kids.
He added: “When I go and do shows she encourages me. Or she’ll encourage me to go see my mum and dad in Australia.
“She’s like, ‘You go – you need to get on that plane.'”
The couple – who got married in 2015 – have Amelia, 12, Theo, nine, and two-year-old Arabella together, while Peter is also father to Junior, 20, and Princess, 18, from his marriage to ex Katie Price, 47.
Despite the former couple clashing over the years, earlier in 2026 they promised to put their kids first and “move forward into a new chapter with positivity and respect”.
Now, Peter has revealed: “It’s actually great. And unbeknownst to a lot of people, over the last 15, 16 years, it has been OK before this.
“The kids are grown up and it’s nice that everyone moves forward. It’s just all positive and it’s lovely. That’s how life should be.”
He insisted “there are enough problems in the world”, and everyone is in a good place.
He added: “It’s really nice that things are moving forward in a positive direction and great for the family.
“Everyone’s happy and that’s all we could ask for.”
