Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna went on their first “romantic trip” in 32 years for their wedding anniversary.
The 74-year-old actor and Lisa, 62, made an extra effort to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in style, and a year early, so they decided to embark on a special trip together.
He told People: “Well, actually, we celebrated 29 for 30 because the world situation is not looking like it’s going to be amenable to having lots of travel fun next year. Uh, you know, who knows what’ll happen, but we took this little window of time and we went back to a place we’d been to 32 years ago.”
Harry explained that the trip marked a rare moment of just the two of them, as they have always travelled with their children.
He said: “What we realised about a month ago was that we hadn’t gone on a trip together, just the two of us, in 32 years because we had kids and we always went with them. So we hadn’t had a romantic trip and so we had one and it was great.”
When asked where they travelled, Harry hinted at their destination.
He said: “Well, I highly recommend Tahiti.”
Meanwhile, Lisa Rinna previously insisted that she’s able to laugh off speculation about her marriage.
The reality star rubbished various online rumours about her marriage to actor Harry Hamlin — including social media theories that he’s been unfaithful.
In her memoir, You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It, Lisa says: “There are some cave-dwelling internet trolls who live to tear us down and start rumours. I get that. It’s way more fun to see fights than cuddles.”
Lisa — who has Delilah Belle, 27, and Amelia, 24, with Harry — actually finds the speculation to be more amusing than hurtful.
She explained: “So I just laugh when I read that we don’t live together anymore, he’s having multiple affairs in Canada, and he’s gay. Go Harry F****** Hamlin!”
Lisa confirmed that their “sex is still great” and that the foundation of their relationship is built on a deep mutual trust.
She wrote: “I don’t ever worry about Harry. I am not jealous. He’s not jealous. I always thought the affair rumours were so strange because that was certainly not something I ever even contemplated. I would be shocked if I found out he was having an affair.”
