‘He’s 22!’ Kathy Griffin ‘goes Instagram official’ with younger man

Kathy Griffin appears to have revealed she’s dating a much younger man.

Kathy Griffin appears to have gone Instagram official with her 22-year-old boyfriend.

The 65-year-old star shared what appeared to be a paparazzi photo on her social media account with a man she says is over four decades her junior.

In the snap, she can be seen hand-in-hand with the mystery man as he looks to be opening a car door.

She simply captioned the post: “He’s 22. Have at it, internet.”

Famous friend Courtney Stodden, who previously married ex-husband Doug Hutchison when she was 16 and he was 51, was among Kathy’s followers to comment on the post.

She replied: “You’ll always be hot.”

One fan quipped: “Enjoy. Just don’t talk about Tv shows or music.”

Kathy’s latest posts couple almost two months after she shared a picture of herself with a different unidentified man, who looked to be closer to her age.

In mid-May she wrote: “We’re insta official. Deal with it.”

She has since deleted the post, suggesting she has moved on.

Last year, Kathy opened up on the idea of an age-gap romance, revealing she had fallen for a 23-year-old man after her breakup from ex-husband Randy Bick, 47.

Writing for The Cut, she said: “I accidentally fell in love with a 23-year-old.

“Because of his age, he didn’t have the usual sexism, misogyny, and biases that guys my age tend to have. He seemed to see me.

“I know that sounds really corny. Oh God, it sounds so lame! But I felt really comfortable with him, and I felt very content just hanging out.”

However, it seems towards the end of last year, Kathy didn’t think such a big age gap would work out because they’re at such different stages of life.

She explained: “I knew he was too young when he told me he never wanted to have kids and that he could be with me forever.

“And I was like: ‘You don’t know that. You’re 23. You have no idea’. So I had to set that dove free.”

The Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List star previously insisted she needs a partner who can accept her for who she is.

She told PEOPLE magazine: “I like a guy that’s nice, that’s smart, that can handle the fact that I’m like a ballsy comedian and not be threatened by that or whatever.

“And just somebody to share life with. Nothing wild. Not a Hollywood type of guy, just a regular guy.”
