Gypsy Rose Blanchard has revealed details of her “summer glow-up”.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard is planning a “summer glow-up”.
The 35-year-old star has revealed via a social media post that she’s planning to undergo a series of cosmetic treatments in the coming weeks, including a so-called Glowtox.
Speaking on Instagram, she shared: “I wanted to let y’all know that part of my summer glow-up is actually a big thing coming up.
“I am kind of nervous about it. I am actually gonna be getting what is called Glowtox — and what it is … It’s a professional-grade chemical peel and tox.”
Gypsy Rose is also planning to get “very natural, very subtle” lip filler.
She said: “I don’t want anything crazy, OK? So I’m not gonna go, like, insane with the filler, but just like a little fuller, just very natural, very subtle.”
Gypsy Rose feels excited about her “summer glow-up” – but she’s a little anxious about the treatments, too.
Gypsy Rose – who previously served seven years in prison for her role in the death of her mom, Clauddine ‘Dee Dee’ Blanchard – explained: “I’m nervous because I’m like, ‘A needle in my lip’. It’s gonna freak me out. But I have a lot of confidence in who I’m going with.”
Meanwhile, Gypsy Rose previously insisted she’s never wanted to be famous.
During an appearance on Good Morning America, she said: “Of course I feel conflicted.
“Fame is not what I’m looking for. I always said, ‘I think I’m infamous,’ and then I came out famous.”
Gypsy Rose was convicted of plotting to kill her abusive mother – but the controversial star insisted she “didn’t want her dead”.
She explained: “I don’t believe my mother is a monster.
“She had a lot of demons. I didn’t want her dead, I just wanted out of my situation, and I thought that was the only way out.”
Prior to that, Gypsy Rose explained that rather than chasing fame, she simply wanted to make a “difference” in the world.
Reflecting on her own notoriety, she told People: “I was never one of those children that wanted to be famous. I didn’t want to be a singer. I didn’t want to be an actress. I wanted to be something that made a difference.”
