The television personality is reportedly prioritising her family and young son after separating from the Slipknot musician following months of relationship difficulties.
Kelly Osbourne and Sid Wilson have reportedly ended their engagement after several months of difficulties.
The 41-year-old TV personality – and daughter of the late Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July 2025 aged 76, and Sharon Osbourne, 73 – began dating Slipknot band member Sid, 49, in January 2022, with the couple welcoming their son, Sidney Wilson, now three, later that year before becoming engaged in July 2025. Now, according to People, the pair have now separated after what sources described as a challenging period.
Sources also told the publication Kelly doesn’t want any “drama” in her life, saying she is focusing on her family following the death of her father.
The reported split comes as Kelly continues to support Sharon following Ozzy’s death, with the Osbourne family remaining in the public eye through tributes to the Black Sabbath frontman and renewed interest in his musical legacy and the family’s pioneering reality series, The Osbournes.
A source told People: “There is no secret (Kelly is) not happy with (Sid.) They’ve had a lot of back and forth.
“They’re not together right now.”
The source added Kelly’s immediate priorities are her mother and her young son.
They said: “Her priority is her mother and she wants to stay close to Sharon.”
The source also said Kelly is “very focused” on being the “best mom she can be” to Sidney.
They added: “She just doesn’t want the drama in her life right now.
“Sid has a lot he needs to work through on his own.”
People reported representatives for both Kelly and Sid had been contacted for comment.
The reported separation follows a series of cryptic messages Kelly shared on her Instagram Stories earlier this week, which appeared to address parenting and family responsibilities.
She wrote: “Strange how the loudest defense of the guilty is rarely innocence… it’s distraction.
“When the mask slips, they don’t face the mirror they throw it at someone else.”
Kelly continued: “My son’s little heart once beat right beside mine. So trust me when I say… I will protect it at all costs.”
She added: “My job is to protect my kids. Not your feelings. Not your expectations. Not judgments I didn’t ask for.
“My responsibility is to protect their wellbeing. Their nervous systems. Their emotional safety.”
Kelly concluded the posts by writing: “I will choose them every single time. Over anyone. Over everything.”
Kelly then added: “Also, while I’m at it, can I have my dogs back and all my possessions? Oh yeah and maybe some child support?”
The latest development follows earlier reports in March Kelly and Sid had been experiencing difficulties. At the time, another source told People Kelly had been navigating an emotionally demanding period.
The insider said: “She’s been in a challenging headspace for several reasons. It’s been very emotional for her. She’s had a lot going on.”
They added: “Ozzy’s death still affects her deeply. She’s very focused on being there for her mom right now. They’re incredibly close, and that’s been her priority.”
The source also said: “It’s been hard for Kelly and Sid to balance everything, especially with different priorities about where to spend time.
“This has put a strain on their relationship.”
Kelly first rose to international fame through MTV’s The Osbournes, which documented the lives of the Osbourne family and became one of reality television’s defining programmes.
She later built a career as a television presenter, singer and fashion commentator, appearing on shows including Fashion Police and The Masked Singer.
Sid, meanwhile, is best known as the turntablist for Slipknot, one of heavy metal’s most successful bands.
