The 74-year-old star has opened up about the lingering effects of a face lift she had, which has caused permanent demand to the right side of her profile.
Speaking to her son Jack on The Osbournes podcast, she said: “I have an indentation left from it here, all the way down here.”
Sharon, who didn’t name the surgeon or reveal which operation caused the dent, joked that he may have left “his mate” step in to do part of the procedure.
She quipped: “I think he took a phone call and then his mate was all, tap in.”
Sharon went back to “complain”, but attempts to fix the problem didn’t work out as planned.
She recalled: “You go and you complain and you go there. And then he starts injecting, and you go, ‘What is in this that you’re injecting me with?’
“‘Don’t worry, it’s my special concoction. It’ll work!’ Well, actually, it didn’t f****** work. I’ve got a dent!”
The former X Factor star, whose husband Ozzy Osbourne died in July 2025 aged 76, vowed to never go under the knife again after the botched surgery.
Back in 2023, she told Best magazine: “I had a facelift three-and-a-half years ago and it was the worst because the guy messed up.
“I was left with one eye higher than the other. It took a year to put it all right.
“I frightened myself with what happened.
“I won’t do anymore – there’s nothing left to stretch, pull, cut.
“It’s taken years for me to say it but this is me. It’s time to leave well alone.”
Sharon previously claimed she was left looking like “Quasimodo” after her botched face lift.
She told the Sunday Times newspaper: “There’s not one part of my body that I haven’t had twisted, lifted, elongated, whatever.
“I’ve been messed up many times. This last one was a kind of fix-it job from the guy that did it before.
“I looked like Quasimodo, because I had one eye here, one eye there. It was wicked.”
And she also admitted she looked like a “cyclops”.
She fumed: “I’m telling you, it was horrendous. I’m, like (to the surgeon), ‘You’ve got to be joking.’
“One eye was different to the other. I looked like a cyclops. I’m, like, ‘All I need is a hunchback.’
“It hurt like hell. You have no idea.”
