Which member of the Jackson family had a crush on Alicia Keys?

Michael Jackson had a crush on Alicia Keys and her husband was so impressed he even introduced them.

Michael Jackson had a crush on Alicia Keys.

Alicia’s husband Swizz Beatz – who she married in 2010 – revealed the late King of Pop’s sister Janet Jackson told Alicia about Michael’s interest in her but Swizz wasn’t threatened and even set up a meeting between them.

Speaking on The Real Report With Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda, he said: “I found out that Michael had a crush on my wife. In a cool way, but Michael’s a Virgo, so I don’t know. I’m a Virgo. And so I think Janet was the one that told A.K. and she was like, ‘You know, my brother always had a crush on you.’ So I thought it was cool to set up for her to meet him. Just for both of them to just have that moment as fans of each other.

“We set up the meeting at the crib. We go to the house, Michael was so cool Michael was so cool, bro. Just seeing him in his real element. He had his beautiful kids there. I remember we brought gifts for the kids and he was just excited about going on a tour. He was just like, ‘Yo, when I do this, I’mma hit ’em with that,’ showing A.K. some of his moves.”

However, Michael wasn’t the only member of the Jackson family with a crush on Alicia, with Janet admitted in 2008 that if she ever was going to date a woman, it would be Keys.

She told E! Online: “I think I would pick Alicia Keys. I think she’s wonderful.”

Keys later reacted to the quote, writing on social media: “”I always knew I was BAE But when @janetjackson says it…”

Meanwhile, Alicia previously spoke of the connection between her 2001 track Fallin’ and Michael Jackson.

Asked about the inspiration behind the track, Alicia told Billboard in May 2001: “I wanted to write a song for someone who was 10 or 12 years old – like a young Michael Jackson.

“Even though he was young, he was singing some deep stuff back then. [The song] is about the ins and outs of a relationship.

“Sometimes, you’re completely head-over-heels in love with someone, and sometimes you can’t stand that person.

“You fall in and out, sometimes it goes back and forth, and that’s just what relationships are about.”
