Heidi Klum always keeps her Halloween costumes

Heidi Klum has revealed that she’s kept hold of her Halloween costumes.

Heidi Klum has kept an archive of her Halloween costumes.

The 53-year-old model hosted her annual Halloween party over the weekend and Heidi has now revealed that she always keeps hold of her spooky costumes.

Speaking to People about her Halloween parties, Heidi shared: “I still have all of my costumes. I was seeing something the other day where people were like, ‘Oh, they all go into the garbage.’ But they don’t.”

Heidi explained that all of her old costumes are now kept in storage.

She said: “They all get stored, and they’re all in a box in storage.”

Heidi dressed as a severed human hand at her recent Halloween party and she revealed where she got the unusual idea from.

The model explained: “I was looking at my hand, and I was like, ‘Hmm … I wonder if I could fit in a hand’. I was looking at my fingers, and I was like, ‘Fingers could actually be legs.’

“Then my arms could be more fingers, and I could put my body in there somehow, so that’s what I proposed to [make-up designer Mike Marino].”

Meanwhile, Heidi previously claimed that she’s “lived many lives before”.

The model admitted she is a “hoarder” because she can’t resist buying objects she believes she owned in her past lives, and she claimed this is the first time she has been born as a woman.

The runway star – who appeared on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 1998 – told The Times newspaper: “At work I’m very correct, straightforward and organised, but I’m super-messy at home. I’m a hoarder, so that’s a slight problem. I love flea markets and I’m always looking for things that belonged to me in the past. They talk to me.

“I have this weird idea that I’ve lived many lives before. So I’ll look at something like that antique clock over there and feel that used to be mine and I want it. Our house has become like a museum over the years.”

Asked who she was in previous incarnations, she said: “I have always been men before —this is my first time as a woman.”
