Heavily pregnant Leigh-Anne Pinnock has revealed she has just one week to go until welcoming her third child, admitting she only recently got around to packing her hospital bag.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock has confessed to leaving her hospital bag packing until just one week before her due date.
The former Little Mix star is heavily pregnant with her third child with husband Andre Grey, a sibling for her five-year-old twin girls, and she has given an insight into how hectic her life is as a pop star and mother.
The Clickbait singer shared a clip of herself finally packing her hospital bag for the birth and wrote “have you packed your hospital bag yet?” across it.
In the caption, she confessed: “I am cutting it fine though! 1 week to go guyssss. (sic)”
The NHS recommends having a hospital bag packed at least three weeks before the due date, with its guidance advising expectant parents to have everything ready by around 36 weeks.
Leigh-Anne recently admitted she felt “a bit of pressure” to announce her pregnancy publicly.
The 35-year-old singer, who made the announcement in July, initially kept the news to herself because it’s such a “personal” thing.
She told Glamour magazine: “It’s something that’s so personal. It’s your thing, and I didn’t want other people to speculate on that. I wanted that moment to come from me.
“I did feel a bit of pressure, which is annoying because you shouldn’t feel like that.”
The Celebrity Traitors star also revealed that she sees her family as her “safe space”, but she isn’t sure how the family dynamics will change when she welcomes her third child.
The singer, who married Andre in 2023 after getting engaged in 2020, said: “I have an amazing, gorgeous family. That’s like my safe space.
“Obviously, now expecting another baby it’s like, what’s that dynamic going to be like with three?”
Leigh-Anne also revealed that she’s open-minded about the next phase of her career.
The singer, who released her debut solo album, My Ego Told Me To, earlier this year, shared: “I am writing again, and yeah, I’m excited to see where this next year is going to go … I’m so open to going into different places with my career. Like I’ll always do music. It’s my number one love, but there’ll always be other things.”
Asked what she’s excited for next year, Leigh-Anne replied: “My growing gorgeous family. I’m really excited to bring this baby into the world.”
